E-Commerce Assistant Manager

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends for key accounts. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Product Optimization: Ensure product listings are fully optimized with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords to maximize searchability and conversion rates.
Account Management: Manage relationships with key e- commerce partners such as Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, and other online marketplaces, ensuring optimal product visibility and sales growth.
Problem- Solving: Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, customer service, or platform technicalities in collaboration with internal teams.
New Account Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with new e- commerce platforms and opportunities for growth.
Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
Promotions and Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns tailored to each e- commerce partner, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Negotiation and Relationship Building: Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and promotional deals with e- commerce platforms to ensure the best possible positioning and opportunities for the company’s products.
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for key accounts, focusing on increasing sales volume, market share, and profitability.

3- 5 years of experience in e- commerce account management or sales, preferably with key marketplaces (Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross- functional team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with e- commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: 12- 16M + 30% KPI
