Mô tả công việc

You will be entrusted leadership and management of the Rooms Division and are expected to set up for and operate in full compliance with Regent’s brand standards, the Forbes Travel Guide standards, IHG’s brandsafety standards, IHG’s corporate and functional strategies, IHG’s regional priorities, IHG’s global policiesand procedures, local laws and regulations, industry- standard best practices and in alignment with the longterm vision for the resort: to become one of Asia’s finest destination resorts.
You will implement policies, checks and incentives to minimise unnecessary expenses such as breakage, spoilage, or spillage. Where possible you will seek to collaborate with suitable partners to reduce expenses through targeted partnerships without compromising the integrity of the Regent brand and tarnishing the reputation of the resort.
You will be responsible for the development of the Rooms Division’s annual budget and medium- term strategies, as well as ensuringyour division meets its financial targets and drivessustainable, profitable growth.
You will ensure there is frictionless and complete communication between the Front of House and Housekeeping departments and that rooms are fully prepared based on known preferences. You will drive theresort’s guest preference collection programme and ensure that guest information is shared and actionedacross departments and divisions to enable personalised service experiences.
As the Director of Rooms, you will be in the upper echelon of the resort’s management and represent the Rooms Division in the Executive Committee. You will report directly to the Resort Manager, and be fullyresponsible for both the Housekeeping, Laundry and Front of House Departments, which collectively formthe Rooms Division.
You will develop and maintain a calendar of activities, and provide content input for marketing materials and initiatives/promotions.
You will orchestrate the execution of a seamless arrival and departure experience, and together with the Director of Food & Beverage develop seasonally changing arrival and departure tastes. You will ensure meetand greet protocols are in place, and personally be present in the lobby during peak hours.
You will implement and oversee incentive programmes that will help the resort to generate incremental revenues through up- selling and cross- selling. You will set revenue goals for departments and individuals and hold your team accountable for the achievement of these goals. You will also support seasonal offerings that contribute to additional revenue generations such as the sale of mooncakes or festive season hampers.
You will create a guest journey that is relevant to the Regent guest and their ever- evolving needs. As a stalwart of the Regent brand, you will incorporate the strategic pillars into all touchpoints, and deliver on Regent’sservice philosophy and the Forbes Travel Guide standards in daily operations. You will make sure that allservice signatures are in place, and that the brand service behaviours are enshrined into the service deliveryon the floor.
You will create an environment that is conducive to achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction, and deliver an experience that is better and more talked about than the competition. Through visible operationalleadership, active trend analysis and hands- on interaction with guests and colleagues you will gain invaluableinsights which will help you refine the guest journey and adjust experience concepts, over and over again. Yourforesight will enable you to stay ahead of the competition, and to constantly meet the needs of dynamicallychanging guest segments.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Rooms Division’s annual business plan and medium- term strategies, as well as establishing goals and plans to ensure your division meets itsbusiness targets and drives sustainable, profitable growth. You will oversee incentive programmes that willhelp the resort both to generate incremental revenues and to minimise unnecessary expenses.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts, including at least 3 years in a senior Rooms Division role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven track record of operational excellence and strong understanding of guest experience in luxury hospitality.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen.
Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Korean or Mandarin, are a plus).
