Overview

The Director of Quality leads quality across all current and future Spectre sites in Vietnam. This includes establishing unified standards, building a strong country- wide quality organisation, commissioning new facilities, and ensuring Spectre remains a benchmark for high- end technical apparel manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Quality Leadership
• Oversee the quality commissioning of all new facilities, including the upcoming northern site.
• Build a cohesive quality organisation with country- level governance, shared best practices, and collaborative ways of working.
• Lead quality across the entire Vietnam manufacturing network with consistent standards and aligned systems.
Quality Performance & Defect Reduction
• Deliver measurable reductions in internal defects, rework, and customer findings.
• Lead structured root- cause analysis (8D, CAPA, SPC) that produces permanent solutions.
• Improve first- pass yield and product consistency across all categories.
Quality Systems & Compliance
• Maintain ISO 9001, Oeko- Tex, WRAP/BSCI/SA8000 and customer- specific standards.
• Strengthen supplier quality assurance across materials, trims, and incoming goods.
• Ensure all quality processes support Spectre’s sustainability commitments, responsible production, and customer ESG expectations.
Advanced Quality Technologies
• Build digital- first systems that enhance detection capability, traceability, and responsiveness.
• Introduce and scale relevant Industry 4.0 quality technologies including automated inspection, machine vision, digital dashboards and real- time monitoring.
Customer Partnership & Audit Excellence
• Act as the primary quality interface for major European brand partners.
• Lead customer audits with preparation, transparency, and strong technical grounding.
• Provide clear, data- driven reporting and proactive communication that builds long- term trust.
People, Culture & Capability Development
• Strengthen cross- functional collaboration with Production, CI, Planning, and Sourcing.
• Build capability through coaching, training, and problem- solving development.
• Foster a right- first- time mindset aligned with Spectre’s DRIve values (Dedication, Responsibility, Integrity, Proactive).
