Product Vision & Strategy

Translate public health needs into a clear product roadmap aligned with GaneshAID’s vision.
Define product features and functionality, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
Stay up to date on AI and digital technology trends, particularly in public health, and drive innovative features leveraging AI where appropriate.

Agile Product Management

Own and manage the product backlog for digital applications.
Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Collaborate directly with the development team for refinement and progress tracking.
Prioritize features based on impact, urgency, and feedback.

Quality & Delivery Oversight

Ensure that product releases are aligned with business timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Work closely with QA team to support testing and validation.
Monitor product performance and ensure continuous improvement based on user feedback and KPIs.

User- Centered Design & Documentation

Support the creation and maintenance of both product and business documentation, including user manuals, workflows, requirement specs, and process maps.
Champion UX/UI considerations for user- centric product design.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Engage regularly with public health experts, partners, and country teams to validate features and usability.
Work closely with the IT Project Manager, CEO, PM team, domain experts, and other business units to capture and refine product requirements.

Strong problem- solving, analytical, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to identify and integrate AI- driven features to improve user experience and product impact
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital health, technology, or public health organization
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Experience working with cross- functional teams (development, design, domain experts)
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with digital tools in global health or LMIC contexts is highly desirable

Two- month probation with 100% of net salary
