Provide strategic recommendations for creative optimization and content direction/ Đề xuất định hướng chiến lược cho việc tối ưu creative và nội dung

Candidate requirements
Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and content distribution mechanisms./ Am hiểu thuật toán nền tảng và cơ chế phân phối nội dung.
Experience working with cross- functional teams (Content, Creative, Media)./ Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các team liên phòng ban (Content, Creative, Media)
Ability to guide content optimization strategies based on data insights./ Có khả năng định hướng chiến lược tối ưu nội dung dựa trên dữ liệu.
3- 5 years of experience in digital planning, performance marketing, or content optimization./ 3- 5 năm kinh nghiệm về digital planning, performance marketing hoặc tối ưu nội dung.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics./ Có tư duy phân tích tốt và khả năng đọc hiểu dữ liệu hiệu suất.
Data- driven mindset with strong testing and A/B experimentation skills./ Có tư duy dữ liệu và khả năng testing, tối ưu A/B tốt.
