Digital Marketing Specialist

We&039;re seeking a versatile Marketing & Design Specialist to drive our marketing efforts with creativity and strategic insight. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast- paced startup environment, is adaptable to change, and is eager to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:

Compile and design presentation slides for sales teams to empower their outreach and conversion efforts.
Design and optimize user experiences across various marketing channels to maximize conversion rates.
Create compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, and advertisements.
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
A proactive and self- motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
