A/ Job content:
Develop & monitor the execution of Digital MKT programs and campaigns, including online advertising, online marketplace, website, social media and others
Assist manager to develop full year Digital MKT media strategy and implementation with appropriate budget & KPIs metrics
Perform other duties assigned from department head
Lead ongoing management of Digital MKT touch points, including brand website, social assets, mobile, retail site and so on for maximum compliance and achieve maximum reputation
Develop and execute paid search campaign recommendations and optimizations in Google Adwords
Optimize on Real time basis to ensure efficient media performance
Monitor trafficking/ ad serving system on Real time basis
Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, and present reports to relevant teams
Implement & monitor all media plans in LIEN’ A including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting
Work with related functions such as Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Care and others to efficiently convey Digital MKT campaign
Monitor & analyze competitors including direct competitors and online vendors and propose suggestion to improve.
Participate in building SEO strategies and execute SEO monthly plan
Optimize budget & performance ads on Facebook, Youtube, Google, Tiktok, Shopee, Instagram, etc
B/ Requirements:
Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Performance Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
Understand how to build up social platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, etc) digital channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the Digital MKT activities
Ability to work closely with the marketing & design team to create social & email materials.
Knowledge of competitive marketplace
At least 2- 3 years of experience as Digital MKT Team Leader
Gain understanding of online campaign management traffic/ advertising serving systems
