Digital Marketing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain social media sites ensuring all pages and entries adhere to the Marriott social media policy
Destination sites for those markets considered to be major travel destinations
Oversee email and direct mail campaigns, using Marriott channels, including Guest communication, and other relevant channels
Work with and maximise opportunities for the Hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy members and other Marriott online marketing channels
Consultation on search marketing (SEM and SEO) with DOSM and DDMSP
Partnership marketing opportunities that drive business online
Online web pages that promote the properties and special offers tied in with the destination or with the specific brand
Monitor online travel blogs and take appropriate action
Create and Maintain a year round strategic plan including a calendar of promotions
Manage all online marketing initiatives for the Hotel including those relevant to F&B, Rooms and PR

Education and Experience
Trong communication and presentations skills
Experienced in web conferencing skills, MS project, Microsoft word, Powerpoint, graphic designing, excel
Technology savvy
Creative thinker, excellent communicator and listener
Proficient copywriting skills
Fluent in Spoken and Written English
Proficient graphic design skills
