RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage the Nina Group brand and its business units, clearly positioning in the Luxury & Art- driven segment with Digital Integration.
Shape brand architecture, brand guidelines, and a consistent brand identity system across the Group.
Design and implement 360° Marketing campaigns (Digital, PR, Events, Partnerships) directly tied to revenue goals and brand positioning.
Continuously evaluate the market, competitors, and trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Define and implement the overall marketing strategy for Nina Group and its two subsidiaries (Nina Agency and Nina Live Hub).
Build, manage, and develop the Marketing team (Brand, Digital, Content, PR) to ensure deep expertise and alignment with other departments.
Design and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with revenue, brand, and market objectives.
Lead digital transformation through Digital Marketing, developing digital channels into sustainable lead generation and revenue- driving tools.
Manage performance and develop the Marketing team’s capabilities; recruit, train, and build Ways of Working with Account/BD, Creative, and Operations.
Drive Digital Marketing & MarTech strategy (CRM, Automation, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Tracking) to optimize lead and sales performance.
Leverage customer insights, develop media partnerships, and apply new trends (e- commerce, events, décor, premium studio & venue services).
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English is an advantage.
Knowledge of Brand Management, PR/Communications, and Luxury Branding Standards.
Data & Analytics skills (GA4, UTM tracking, BI dashboards, ROI/ROMI analysis).
Leadership & People Management: able to build, lead, and coach cross- functional teams.
Proficient in Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM, Paid Media on Google/Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn, Content Marketing, Remarketing, CRM/Email/SMS Automation).
Strategic thinking with strong marketing budget management and crisis communication handling.
Own a personal laptop.
Communication & Presentation: persuasive idea delivery and storytelling to C- level, clients, and partners.
Experience in branding for corporate and multiple business units; worked with high- end/luxury/hospitality/premium retail/e- commerce brands.
7–10 years of comprehensive marketing experience, with at least 3 years managing a team; proven track record of leading large- scale IMC 360° and Digital Performance campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; MBA/Brand Management is a plus.
