JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud- based systems and applications, with on- the- job training to grow into a DevOps role.
Support the setup, configuration, auditing, and troubleshooting of employee computers and devices across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
Provide technical support to end- users, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Help monitor, audit, and follow company- wide security standards in alignment with ISO 27001.
Assist with maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting for the company’s multi- office network system.
Participate in an on- call rotation for occasional after- hours or weekend support to address urgent issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for systems and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
4th year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
0- 1 years of experience in an IT support or system administrator role.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, or macOS systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Professional Competencies:
Reliable and willing to support occasional on- call duties.
Ability to work independently under guidance and manage tasks effectively.
Basic English reading skills for understanding technical materials.
Good problem- solving and troubleshooting mindset.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow toward DevOps responsibilities.
Strong customer service attitude and willingness to help users.
Detail- oriented, careful, and responsible.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated passion for technology and interest in future Dev/DevOps career growth.
Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune) or configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
Familiarity with DrayTek networking equipment.
