DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer

Innovation & Continuous Learning: Actively track emerging technologies and evolving DevOps practices, driving proof- of- concept initiatives to evaluate new tooling and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Architect, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines suited to diverse software products and deployment environments, ensuring reliable and consistent delivery at scale.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with development, QA, and other departments to ensure seamless software deployment and infrastructure management across the organization with managed budget.
Automation & Self- Healing Systems: Building and maintaining robust frameworks and utilities that eliminate repetitive manual tasks. Design systems with self- healing capabilities to improve operational resilience.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with hybrid cloud, on- premises infrastructure management
Prior experience with service mesh like istio
General- purpose programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
Comfortable leveraging AI- powered tools to enhance personal and team productivity across development and operations workflows.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep expertise in AWS (preferred with holding cerifications), with additional exposure to Azure or GCP being advantageous. Proven ability to design and manage infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, or AWS CloudFormation.
Education & Experience: Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, alongside 5+ years of hands- on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Soft Skills: Sharp analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem- solving, and a collaborative communication style that enables effective cross- functional partnership.
Observability & Monitoring: Practical experience operating logging and monitoring stacks for distributed, microservices across multi- environment, multi- cluster including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, LGMT and/or ELK, as well as observability platforms such as DataDog and Jaeger.
CI/CD & Container Orchestration: Solid track record working within CI/CD pipelines — particularly GitLab CI and ArgoCD- driven GitOps workflows — combined with strong proficiency in Kubernetes.
Core Technical Skills: Grounded knowledge of networking fundamentals, cybersecurity principles, and database operations, paired with scripting and automation capabilities in Bash and Python.
