Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience of our digital products across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for users. From wireframes and prototypes to final UI elements, your design work will directly influence how users interact with our products and shape their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across different products and platforms.
Keep Up With Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience and interface design practices.
Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent and engaging experience across platforms (web, mobile, tablet, etc.).
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring ease of use and effectiveness of the final product.
User Flow & Journey Mapping: Design and optimize user flows and information architecture, ensuring that users can easily navigate and interact with the product.
UI Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience. Use insights to inform design decisions and create user personas.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet both user and business goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe
Knowledge of prototyping and wireframing tools
Solid understanding of user- centered design principles and a passion for crafting intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high- quality design work.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design work (web, mobile, or desktop).
Experience with responsive design and designing for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human- Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Background in visual design or graphic design, with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and working in cross- functional teams.
