Purpose of the job: Ensure the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across all companies, and support the development of a capable operations workforce that meets business objectives, particularly in the areas of renewable energy and energy infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure the right person for the right job, meeting workforce needs in a timely manner based on the Company’s practical requirements. When necessary, coordinate with local authorities to recruit personnel for projects and plants.
Operations & Compliance:
Prepare analytical reports on labor costs, salary fund efficiency, and other relevant HR metrics.
Administer payroll, personal income tax (PIT), and mandatory insurances (social, health, and unemployment insurance), ensuring accurate, timely, and lawful payment.
Performance Management:
Apply the performance evaluation system (KPIs), ensuring the process is conducted fairly and effectively..
Learning & Development:
Develop the annual training plan based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and implement and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Build career development paths and succession plans for key positions.
Report & Data Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on headcount movements, payroll cost, recruitment status, and employee turnover.
Propose improvements to HR processes, tools, and policies that align with the company’s growth stage.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Preference will be given to candidates with well- rounded experience in benefits, organizational development
Capable of resolving issues efficiently and effectively in day- to- day operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR management software (e.g., Bravo, MISA HRM, or equivalent systems).
Strong analytical and data processing skills.
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
Detail- oriented, discreet, responsible, and proactive in handling work
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with partners and service providers.
In- depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, personal income tax (PIT), and other relevant legal frameworks.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or related fields
Excellent time management: able to plan, organize, and manage work schedules productively.
