Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitor data pipelines, detect inconsistencies, and contribute to improving data quality and reliability;
Support the integration and transformation of data from various sources (app, backend services, third- party APIs);
Work with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and assist in building scalable data solutions.
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines that support product features and internal analytics;
Help maintain and optimize data warehouse and data lake structures for performance and cost efficiency;
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that data systems meet product requirements;
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have
Knowledge of data processing concepts (ETL, streaming, batch processing);
Basic understanding of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases;
Familiarity with one programming language: Python, Java, or Scala (Python preferred);
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced product environment.
Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields;
Eagerness to learn cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure;
Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving skills, and attention to detail;
Nice to have
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Experience with cloud data tools (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Airflow, dbt, Kafka);
