Data Analyst (Fresher) - Game Industry

Plan, execute, and deeply analyze A/B tests (gameplay, MO); set up tracking and remote config for game products
Process and analyze raw data; visualize data as requested by relevant departments
Build predictive models or simulations (e.g., economy sinks/sources, level tuning models) to support long- term balance and scalability.
Partner with QA and development teams to ensure balancing changes are implemented accurately and tested thoroughly.
Collaborate across teams to provide data- driven product advice, report results, and share internal insights
Support monetization decisions using data: design IAP shop, configure ad flows and ad networks
Monitor game performance, analyze key metrics (retention, funnel, LTV, etc.) and recommend improvements

Knowledge:

Final- year student or fresh graduate in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
Able to work full- time at the office
Basic understanding of monetization models and game publishing workflows is a plus
Preferred: Interest or experience in mobile/casual games
Strong foundation in statistics and analytical thinking
6 months – 1 year of experience in a similar role

Skill:

Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau / Looker / AppScript is a plus
Fluent in English communication
Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to turn complex data into practical insights
Detail- oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficient in SQL and intermediate Python
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Canva
Good verbal and written communication skills
