Customer Services (Call Center, French Company)

Work with the team leader(s) and other consultants to ensure that the level of service requirements is maintained and exceeded.
Adhere to and follow the procedures put in place with precision and efficiency.
Resolve any operational shortcomings of the solution.
Ensure that the solution corresponds to the specifications as well as to the customer&039;s operational flows.
Transmit the necessary elements to the good implementation follow- up.
Maintain and enhance the image of the company by acting in a professional manner.
Responsible for setting up the PMS software suite. Install, configure, and test all peripheral interfaces to third- party vendor systems. (Will be trained.)

Spirit of mind and autonomy
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with team members and clients.
Experience in the operational hotel industry/property management system PMS is a plus
Common sense and dynamism
Good spoken and written English. Being fluent in French is a big plus.
Computer skills

12 annual leaves per year.
