Customer Service Specialist (Freight Forwarding) Atlantic Gate (Vietnam) LTD.

• Responsible for day- to- day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import,
export as well as transshipments.
• Communicate with carriers, terminals, customs brokers, truckers and oversea

College/ University graduation major in business / international trade/ logistics / transportation
Experience dealing with both imports and exports is beneficial.
Sea freight experience is essential for this role (logistics / transportation / freight forwarding company)
Good command of English and MS. Office
Good in communication and problem- solving
Teamwork
At least 1- 3 year of experiences in freight forwarders is preferable.
