Customer Service Executive (After Sales)

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team.

National Housing Organization (N.H.O JSC.) was founded in 2012 with a clear goal: to develop and construct homes in Vietnam to support the increasing demands for home ownership. We create optimal and sustainable solutions for housing and aim to be a leader in quality projects in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Contract set.
- Manage of sending documents from the Customer Service Department.
- Store documents of the Customer Service Department.
- Draft Contract Annex/Contract Adjustment Agreement.
- Collect information on contract content issued to customer.
- Explain term & condition of contract to customer.
- Manage customer service department email responses.
- Other tasks assigned by superior management.

- Preference for female candidates, aged 25- 35.
- University/College degree in Law, Economics, Finance or relevant majors.
- Negotiation, persuasion, communication and presentation skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting contracts or in similar roles.
- Skills in drafting documents/contracts.
- Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Planning and time management skills.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail- oriented.
- Skills to quickly read and understand documents and legal documents.
- Preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently under high pressure and coordinate work in a team.
