PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Development:
- Work and create existing and new sales campaigns both on a country development or vertical market basis.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and skills.
- Facilitate in recruiting, retaining and developing sales members to attain growth objectives.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and volume/ revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Managing sales pipeline, and activities by CRM or other tools, and providing forecasting to relevant stakeholders.
Performance Management:
- Take proactive measures to address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Help sales members solve problems and challenges.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including KPIs, sales quotas, and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and overseas partners.
Sales Operations and Administration management:
- Oversee sales territories and planning activities.
- Collaborate with other product teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate relevant market and sales reports for the higher management team.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Any other responsibilities as and when required by management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company’s objectives and goals. Assistance when required to chase payment from local customers and overseas partners.
• Use market and cultural knowledge to ensure smooth relations between Asia and overseas partners.
