Extracting data from the customs declaration system for reporting and reconciliation.
Learning and applying ERP system functions in daily operations.
Coordinating with Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Studying and understanding relevant accounting modules before executing the product costing process.
Calculating month- end inventory value for raw materials, tools, and WIP.
Reviewing inventory data recorded in the ERP system and GL to identify potential errors.
Monitoring daily scrap material weighing for accurate recording.
Supporting in C/O and CD declaration and reporting.
Reconciling inventory data and resolving daily discrepancies.
Participating in month- end physical inventory counts and reconciling results.

Experience in Vietnam customs clearance is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.
Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
Knowledge of cost drivers and experience working with engineering, supply chain and sourcing partners.
Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.
Experience in ERP systems is a must.
