Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
• Raising solutions and ideas to build up roadshow channel.
• Creating the opportunity for sales team approaching potential customers by booking roadshow locations at office buildings, companies, shopping mall, events, supermarkets…
• Engagement/ Coaching/ Training roadshow section for sales team.
• Conducting/Tracking and Reporting roadshow performance to Supervisor/ Manager.
• Establishing and maintaining the strong relationship with clients to maximize the opportunity for sales team approaching target- customers.
• Others tasks assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
• Providing personal and high end net worth banking and customer services to the senior management and expatriate for the key person corporate clients.
• Building the relationship with the internal stakeholder and external business partners to leverage on business opportunity.
• Planning/ Tracking monthly roadshow locations and expense budget aligned with KPI assigned by business.
• Implement POSM and product promotions at roadshow locations.
• Resolving clients and corporate level complaints/ issues promptly and effectively.
