Recruitment (30%)
· Maximize internal recruiting channels with most efficient tools/sources
· Streamline onboarding processes to meet 100% of manpower needs, aligning with business requirements.
· Proactively recruit to prevent staffing shortages, ensuring timely hiring through optimized internal channels.
· Efficient & structured on boarding by Meet 100% manpower adapt as business requirement Ensure no shortage of manpower by recruiting employees on time (mainly from grade 2- 9)
· Leverage efficient tools and sources to maximize internal recruitment efforts.
. Support orientation and training programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
Employer Branding: (40%)
· Develop compelling internal communication campaigns to engage employees and reinforce company culture.
· Promote job opportunities through internal communication channels, including company email, news boards, and digital displays.
· Enhance employer brand visibility via external social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
. Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all branding initiatives.
Employee relations
(30%)
· Support HR and company- wide annual activities, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
· Organize company- wide events, including annual trips, parties, and trade union activities, to foster employee engagement.
· Support for internal communication strategies, utilizing tools like HR newsletters, Yammer, and internal social media platforms to strengthen employee connectivity.
· Coordinate internal seminars to share knowledge, provide updates, and promote professional development.
· Partner with functional departments to enhance the workplace environment, address employee feedback, and implement solutions to improve operational performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
· University degree or above
· Good in people skills
· Good computer literacy, especially in presentation software (MS. Office, Excel, power- point, Visio)

. Two- year or three- year working experience in HR field, in which 1 year in human resource development or similar position included recruitment, employee relationship, learning & development).
