ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are looking for a creative Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will craft engaging and persuasive messages that enhance brand recognition, strengthen Otsu Labs’ image, and connect meaningfully with our audience across various channels.
Otsu Labs is a 2D animation studio with a primary focus on the anime style. We provide end- to- end services, from character design and environment concept creation to storyboard development and final animation production. In addition to commercial projects, Otsu Labs is committed to developing original intellectual properties (IPs), delivering innovative and groundbreaking works in the animation industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Adapt content for different platforms to maximize audience engagement.
Create trend- driven content to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Support the development of basic visual ideas, or collaborate with designers to produce engaging creatives.
Maintain and organize an archive of written materials for future use.
Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely, high- quality content production.
Efficiency in crafting impactful captions for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Plan, produce, and manage content (images, videos, copy) for the company’s social media channels, following the brand strategy.
Working hours: from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or depending on the nature of the job), Monday to Saturday morning.
REQUIREMENTS
Good writing skills and understanding of the content creation process.
Creative mindset and ability to develop ideas that enhance brand awareness.
Strong English proficiency (Writing IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent, e.g., TOEFL, TOEIC).
Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content across multiple platforms.
Copywriting achievements demonstrated with clear metrics.
2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related roles.
