Consultant - Payroll and HR Consulting

Job summary.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will join our Payroll & HR Consulting Team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work closely with clients and be part of a team responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and high- quality payroll and in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and signed service agreements.

What you will do. A day in the life.
• Prepare payroll documents (salary tables, SHUI reports, PIT reports) and maintain proper filing for allocated clients.
• Ensure payroll data and documents comply with Vietnam Labor Law, SHUI (Social – Health – Unemployment Insurance), and PIT regulations.
• Maintains strong relationships with clients, working closely with decision- makers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all deliverables.
• Handle payroll- related administrative tasks, contacting government authorities when needed.
• Involvement with the training and development of staff and internal standards so that quality is paramount at every stage.
Responsibilities for Senior Level
• Manage end- to- end payroll operations for key client accounts.
• Collaborate with management on proposals, service improvements, develop and review of HR policies and processes
• Review and support team members’ work, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
