RESPONSIBILITY
Social Media & Content Marketing (35%)
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion;
Plan, create, and publish social media content aligned with marketing objectives;
Contribute creative ideas to increase audience engagement and community growth.
Develop content calendars, write copy, brief designers, and coordinate production with internal/external teams;
Event Marketing & Coordination (35%)
Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and event promotion activities;
Create post- event recaps and retrospective reports.
Prepare event materials with the design team or freelancers;
Plan and execute marketing events from ideation to on- site execution;
Support the College Compass team in organizing community or parent engagement activities.
Community Insights & Product Support (30%)
Contribute insights to PRDs (Product Requirement Document), ensuring user needs are reflected in new features while maintaining scalability;
Recommend new initiatives and process improvements to the Marketing Manager through rapid experimentation.
Conduct mini surveys/interviews with students and parents to identify needs and pain points;
Support content creation for landing pages, newsletters, and product campaigns;
Help build personas and user stories to guide community content and campaign planning;
Collaborate with Operations teams to gather community insights and feedback;
Reporting & Business Alignment
Report weekly to the Marketing Manager and join cross- functional meetings.
Work closely with Academic, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure message consistency;
Coordinate with the Head Office Marketing team and freelancers;
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or content creation;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields;
Familiar with Canva/Adobe tools and project management platforms (Trello, Notion, etc.) is a plus;
Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and teamwork.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Studio);
Strong writing skills (English & Vietnamese); creative mindset with attention to detail;
