Support color matching activities for textile fabrics using visual assessment and laboratory systems.
Maintain accurate records of color recipes, lab dip results, and testing reports.
Assist in color formulation, shade correction, and color approval processes.
Prepare, conduct, and manage lab dip developments according to customer requirements and production standards.
Monitor color consistency and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Support continuous improvement activities related to color development and color management processes.
Coordinate closely with Dyeing, Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams to resolve color- related issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Basic English communication skills.
Familiarity with color matching techniques and laboratory testing procedures.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in textile color management.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
College or University degree in Textile Engineering, Dyeing & Finishing, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related disciplines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
1–2 years of experience in Color Lab, Dyeing Laboratory, Textile Manufacturing, or a similar position.
Basic understanding of textile dyeing processes, color theory, dyestuffs, and fabric properties.
