Key Responsibilities:
Data monitor and protect as DPO.
Implement, monitor, and manage cloud security technologies with various Operation teams.
Develop and maintain secure, resilient enterprise cloud services with architects and system engineers.
Actively monitor, assess and recommend strategic initiatives to mitigate emerging threats posing risk to company’s cloud computing environments.
Research and evaluate new security technologies and trends; provide guidance to engineers, developers and project teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Implement remediation efforts with stakeholders and continuous monitor effectiveness.
Attend regular technical project and implementation meetings; serve as the security SME to help guide secure cloud infrastructure and application configurations.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience across IT Infrastructures with security frameworks, standards, and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, & HIPAA/HITECH.
Experience with risk- based testing and/or assessment of an organization’s cybersecurity posture, including leading and / or carrying out risk and vulnerability assessments (penetration testing, etc.)
Proficient in network, cloud security tools and services (e.g. AWS Security Groups, AWS GuardDuty, AWS Rule Manager, AWS WAF, Azure Security Center, Azure Entra ID).
At least 4+ years’ experience in setup and managing public and private cloud security (e.g. AWS, AZURE).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex security threats and risks into simple terms for non- technical stakeholders.
Strong Linux and Windows support skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
CISSP or other relevant cybersecurity certification preferred.
Experienced in cloud networking architecture and cloud security operations management.
