TeenUp is building emotional AI for families, backed by VCs and international organizations such as Iterative, Acumen, EMpower, Solve MIT. We are building an ecosystem that helps students grow up safe, healthy, and happy, guided by a Students First mindset and a fast- growing startup environment.
You will sit close to the Founder and leadership team, owning the data that determines:
How the business is understood by investors
How the company actually performs
What decisions get made — and when

YOUR ROLE
Data for Reality (Operations & Execution)
Detect risks, inefficiencies, and false signals early
Own the full lifecycle of operational and product data
Design systems that reflect how the business truly runs
Define and track the metrics that matter, even when they are uncomfortable
Equip teams and leaders with clarity, not vanity dashboards
Data for Conviction (Fundraising & Capital)
Build data foundations that scale across future fundraising rounds
Turn execution into a credible growth story
Define KPIs that withstand investor questions
Prepare the company for VC due diligence, and board- level conversations
Own all investor- facing metrics and data narratives
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Hands- on with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools
Precision — small errors here have outsized consequences
Sharp judgment under ambiguity and time pressure
What This Role Will Demand From You
Strong grasp of VC metrics, fundraising dynamics, and unit economics
Pedigree matters less than judgment, ambition, and reliability.
Extreme ownership — there is no one else to blame
Comfort telling hard truths, backed by data
2+ years in data, analytics, strategy, consulting, VC, or venture- backed startups
Ability to reason from data to decisions, not just insights
Clear, persuasive data storytelling — for leaders and investors
High personal standards and integrity
Emotional maturity when stakes are high and feedback is direct

Working Hours
Morning: 8:30 AM- 12:00 PM
Office hours, Monday- Friday, and Saturday morning.
Afternoon: 1:30 PM- 6:00 PM
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Round 1: CV Review
Round 3: In- person interview + Stress test with the relevant department at TeenUp
Round 2: Interview with HR (5- 10 minutes)
