Chief Engineer (Trưởng bộ phận Kỹ thuật)

• Plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations.
• Monitor energy usage, make energy consumption statistics and impose energy- saving measures.
• Acts as a Project Manager between hotel and outside contractors or technical services on major projects.
• Implement a department training program to ensure that all of the engineering staff possess the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure effectiveness of day to day operation of the engineering department and assigned projects.
• Carry out continuous inspections to ensure the highest level of guest comfort is maintained and that all services are in proper working condition.

• Good command in English, both verbal and written.
• At least 5 years of working experience as Chief Engineer in hotel/ resort.
• Strong analytical, problem- solving skills and execution of work.
• Strong result- oriented, people management and leadership skills.
• Diligence, self- motivation and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
