• Being responsible for managing, supervising Engineer & Landscape department’s activities.
• Ensuring to maintain quality facilities at the resort.

• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
• Inspecting all machinery equipment from the inside and outside of the buildings such as: electric system, ventilation system, water supply and drainage system, firefighting and prevention system, basic constructions, … to ensure that all technical equipment, system operate within the designed and recommended capabilities of the manufacturers.
• Performing other tasks assigned by superior.
• Coping with and being present when the fire alarm signal or emergencies arise.
• Managing maintenance team, assigning the organization to carry out routine maintenance tasks as much as possible, detecting potential failures in time and taking preventative measures.
• Own personal responsible for Landscape team, support Landscape manager on control team.
• Arranging, archiving all Engineering Department’s documents reasonably.
• Advise and supervise landscape activities.
• Participating training courses and meetings as demanded.
• Training, supervising and evaluating the Engineering staffs when necessary.
• Providing advice to senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the resort.
• Contributing to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring that technical support services quickly address, and where possible, anticipate, individual needs; ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and that any requests for service are handled in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that tools and supplies are available for repairs in unexpected situations, …; taking immediate overcoming measures while waiting for the contractors.
• Ensuring a technically competent engineering staff by selecting, training and developing a motivated, well- qualified maintenance team; carrying out regular exams within the department and evaluating the performance and productivity of personnel.
• Scheduling periodic equipment maintenances; organizing to implement, following up and ensuring that all the equipment is properly maintained at regular intervals.
• Supervising/ following up and making sure that all staffs conduct correctly daily maintenance activities of these equipment such as: water pumps, elevators, electrical equipment, …
• Organizing/ following up periodic maintenance activities.
• Ensuring the staff awareness of energy control within the resort by conducting regular education and training programs on energy conservation and matters related to efficient operation of equipment as well as effective cost usage.
• Keeping high standards of appearance and personal hygiene at all times.
• Ensuring the effective financial management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works programs and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there are regularly monitored and reviewed.
• Building/ establishing and implementing for department’s standard operation procedures.
• Making Duty Roster and arranging leaves, vacations leaves reasonably.
• Supporting/ supervising the contractors repairing or maintaining.
• Contributing to the resort’s profitability by ensuring the effective management of the buildings environmental controls and energy conservation systems; evaluating, controlling and recording energy usage; implementing and upgrading energy conservation systems.
• Ensuring adherence to all statutory regulations and fire codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures for each project; ensuring that any tests and inspections required on equipment are carried out and recorded; ensuring all building codes and relevant requirements are met; ensuring all department requirements and proposals are submitted and final approval is achieved.
• Planning, implementing and administering an energy controlling program by establishing energy reduction objectives, maintenance records and regularly reporting of performance against these objectives.
• Being responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation and submission to Board of Manager.
• Making work plans for staffs, supervising during the work process until the completion.
