Chief Accountant

LTD Material is a growing company specializing in material supply and trading, committed to delivering high- quality products and building sustainable partnerships with suppliers and customers. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to lead and strengthen our financial and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
• Manage and oversee the company’s entire accounting operations in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and relevant regulations.
• Supervise daily accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations and reports including VAT, CIT, and PIT in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
• Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Work closely with tax authorities, auditors, and banks during audits, inspections, and financial reviews.
Financial Planning & Cash Flow Management
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure stable operations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize costs and improve financial performance.
• Manage payment processes and maintain healthy financial relationships with suppliers and customers.
Leadership & Internal Control
• Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow and accurate financial reporting.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors on financial performance, risks, and compliance matters.
