Product Portfolio Analysis:
Research and analyze the product portfolio to ensure alignment with the company’s business model, maintaining a comprehensive and customer- focused product assortment.
Evaluate portfolio performance and propose actions to optimize business results and enhance category effectiveness.
Process and Resource Evaluation:
Assess the efficiency of operations and propose improvements to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure effective resource utilization to reduce costs.
Key Project Management:
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to execute project plans effectively.
Manage key strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Project Coordination:
