Casino Security Investigation & Compliance Manager

Incident & Case Management / Quản lý sự cố & vụ việc
• Chỉ đạo và quản lý các cuộc điều tra sự cố an ninh, gian lận, gian lận trò chơi, trộm cắp hoặc vi phạm quy định.
• Collect, preserve, and analyze evidence including CCTV footage, reports, and witness statements.
• Đảm bảo giải quyết vụ việc kịp thời với báo cáo chi tiết.
• Lead and manage investigations of security incidents, fraud, cheating, theft, or policy violations.
• Thu thập, bảo quản và phân tích bằng chứng bao gồm hình ảnh CCTV, báo cáo và lời khai nhân chứng.
• Ensure timely resolution of cases with detailed reports.
Coordination & Liaison / Phối hợp & Liên lạc
• Hợp tác chặt chẽ với cơ quan công an và cơ quan chức năng trong quá trình điều tra.
• Work closely with law enforcement and government agencies during investigations.
• Coordinate with casino management, compliance, legal, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide expert advice to management on investigation outcomes and preventive measures.
• Phối hợp với ban quản lý casino, bộ phận tuân thủ, pháp chế và cơ quan quản lý.
• Cung cấp tư vấn chuyên môn cho ban quản lý về kết quả điều tra và biện pháp phòng ngừa.
Documentation & Reporting / Hồ sơ & Báo cáo
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Lưu trữ hồ sơ đầy đủ về các cuộc điều tra và kết quả.
• Đảm bảo tính bảo mật và trung thực của thông tin nhạy cảm.
• Prepare investigation reports for senior management and regulators.
• Maintain comprehensive records of investigations and outcomes.
• Soạn báo cáo điều tra cho ban lãnh đạo cấp cao và cơ quan quản lý.
Policy & Prevention / Chính sách & Phòng ngừa
• Recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and controls based on investigation findings.
• Support compliance and audit functions by addressing identified weaknesses.
• Đề xuất cải tiến chính sách, quy trình và kiểm soát an ninh dựa trên kết quả điều tra.
• Hỗ trợ công tác tuân thủ và kiểm toán bằng cách khắc phục các điểm yếu đã được phát hiện.
Compliance Oversight / Giám sát tuân thủ
• Monitor daily casino security operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Thực hiện các cuộc kiểm toán và kiểm tra tuân thủ định kỳ.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and inspections.
• Xác định rủi ro tiềm ẩn và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục.
• Giám sát hoạt động an ninh hằng ngày để đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật, quy định và chính sách công ty.
Policy & Procedure Management / Quản lý chính sách & quy trình
• Ensure staff awareness and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Đảm bảo nhân viên hiểu và tuân thủ đầy đủ các yêu cầu về tuân thủ.
• Xây dựng, cập nhật và thực thi các chính sách, quy trình an ninh.
• Develop, update, and enforce security policies and procedures.
Investigations & Reporting / Điều tra & Báo cáo
• Oversee investigations into compliance breaches, fraud, or security violations.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, incidents, and corrective measures.
• Giám sát các cuộc điều tra vi phạm tuân thủ, gian lận hoặc vi phạm an ninh.
• Chuẩn bị và nộp báo cáo tuân thủ cho ban lãnh đạo và cơ quan quản lý.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulators.
• Lưu trữ đầy đủ hồ sơ kiểm toán, sự cố và biện pháp khắc phục.
Coordination & Training / Phối hợp & Đào tạo
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với ban quản lý an ninh, pháp chế và cơ quan quản lý.
• Đào tạo nhân viên an ninh về tuân thủ và tiêu chuẩn pháp luật.
• Provide training to security staff on compliance and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with security management, legal, and regulatory authorities.
Risk & Crisis Management / Quản lý rủi ro & khủng hoảng
• Participate in emergency response planning and regulatory reviews.
• Hỗ trợ đánh giá rủi ro và xây dựng chiến lược phòng ngừa.
• Tham gia vào công tác lập kế hoạch ứng phó khẩn cấp và rà soát của cơ quan quản lý.
• Support risk assessments and develop preventive strategies.
Leadership & Training / Lãnh đạo & Đào tạo
• Provide training to staff on investigation techniques and evidence handling.
• Supervise and guide investigation teams or assigned officers.
• Giám sát và hướng dẫn đội điều tra hoặc nhân viên phụ trách.
• Đào tạo nhân viên về kỹ thuật điều tra và xử lý bằng chứng.

• Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành Quản lý An ninh, Tội phạm học, Luật hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese (verbal & written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, or related field.
• Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và quản lý thông tin mật.
• Tối thiểu 5–7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực an ninh, có nền tảng vững chắc về điều tra (ưu tiên trong ngành casino hoặc cơ quan thực thi pháp luật).
• Hiểu biết về quy định casino, phát hiện gian lận và quy trình điều tra.
• Kỹ năng phân tích, phỏng vấn và lập báo cáo xuất sắc.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential information.
• Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt (nói & viết).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in security, with strong background in investigations (casino or law enforcement preferred).
• Strong analytical, interviewing, and reporting skills.
