JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Management Manager acts as a strategic bridge between the CEO, key clients, and internal departments. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cross- functional priorities in a fast- paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Understand client business objectives and proactively propose strategic approaches, relevant solutions, and direction aligned with their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long- term partnership and trust.
Act as the primary contact for issue resolution and ensure a consistent, high- quality client experience.
Executive & External Affairs Support
Support the CEO in external affairs, stakeholder meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Coordinate with external partners and organizations to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Prepare reports, briefing notes, documents, and follow- ups as required by the CEO.
Business Performance & KPI Tracking
Consolidate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports for the CEO.
Monitor KPIs across departments such as Production, Project Management, Creative, etc.
Analyze performance data, identify insights, highlight risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
Business Planning & Strategy Development
Participate in building CHOO’s annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans.
Collaborate with the CEO and Heads of Departments to define growth strategies and operational priorities.
Track strategy implementation, flag early issues, and propose solutions to keep execution on course.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret business reports.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Communications, BTL, Advertising, or Event agencies.
Highly organized, detail- oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem- solving skills.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Preferred Attributes
Strong business mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead.
Experience working in fast- paced agency environments.
Understanding of workflows across Planning and Management teams.

Year- end bonus: 13th- month salary + KPI bonus (total from 3 months’ salary and up).
