We&039;re seeking a dedicated BI
Team Leader
who will be involved in fostering
data- informed decision- making
throughout the organization, guiding and coaching a team of
BI/DA analysts
, formulating and executing a holistic
BI strategy
, and ensuring effective communication of
data- driven insights
across company.We

Conduct intricate data analysis using SQL and other data manipulation tools.
Create, manage, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports to deliver valuable insights across various departments.
Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non- technical audiences in a clear manner.
Work closely with data engineers to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes, while also identifying and implementing best practices for data governance and quality.
Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the BI field.
Collaborate with product managers and marketers to comprehend their requirements and translate them into actionable BI initiatives.
Oversee and supervise a team of BI/DA analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
Craft, execute a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.

Background & experience:

Experience working in an agile environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing a team of BI analysts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).

Knowledge and Skills:

Thorough understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capability to translate technical concepts for a non- technical audience.
Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation tools (such as Python and R).

100% salary on your probation period.
