Business Intelligence Senior Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use data to measure and analyze business performance in each our department and lines of business,
Understand the data with business view and can visualize the data to information to help business tracking operation, forecast and support decision making,
Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues,
Perform ad- hoc analysis to drill down into certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis,
Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management,
Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of the business,
Support to colleagues for understanding data insights and handling basic data analysis skills
Work with cross- functional partners to design and execute tools to serve analytical purpose,
Develop and automate reports, interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs,

REQUIREMENTS:
Working of experience: 2 years in Data analysis
Education: College/ University
Personality:
– Integrity, dynamic, carefully and high responsibility and disciplinary
– Comfort working collaboratively with a team and independently
Mindset and attitude:
– Can- do attitude
Skills:
– Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau- required)
– Good communication, presentation, listening and feedback skills
– Able to use computer, office programs and data management
– Have training and coaching ability
– Computer skills
– Good English communication & writing
