JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult and tailor Affiliate program solution that align with the customer&039;s business goals.
Contribute to the development of sales materials, pitch decks, case studies, and internal documentation to support business development efforts.
Proposed to BOD actionable business strategies and facilitated crossdepartmental implementation.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking.
Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure campaigns run properly.
Mentor or support junior sales team members when needed.
Lead end to end sale process: find lead, pitch, negotiate, close deal, and keeping long term relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Must have
A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Communicate well in English.
Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
Proactive, self- driven, able to manage multiple deals independently under pressure.
At least 3 years of work experience in Business Development B2B.
2. GOOD TO HAVE
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.
Candidates with strong knowledge and connections in Banking, Finance, Marketing are preferred.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE
Probationary: 100% salary – Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.

High frequency local & overseas business trip.
Meal (55.000 VND/day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VND/month).
Base salary is about 1000$ with uncapped commission scheme.
