Purpose of the position:
The Business Development Manager is a significant role responsible for driving the new customer development for Talentnet&039;s total HR solutions, especially the MNC or FDI segment to achieve the aligned LPI revenue. This role involves hunting for new customers, enhancing cross- sales among customers, and retaining critical clients to drive accelerating growth rate for Talentnet.
Job Accountabilities:
Customer Acquisition
Develop business development activities to meet the aligned KPI revenue
Meet clients, do bidding/ pitching and present solutions to customers (up to the customer scale and deal size) for a robust sales pipeline
Supervise the activities to nurture one company throughout their whole journey for cross sales and upsell opportunities
Constantly update the competitors and market needs to adjust the sales plan accordingly
Manage the activities to enlarge the new customers portfolio, to ensure the higher conversion rate from approaching phase to contracts phase
Design the tactical activities to approach and win the new customers
Be the spokesperson on behalf of the company in small and medium- sized events to build company brand
Lead initiatives to hunt for new customers in MNC and FDI segments through various channels
BD Operations
Collaborate with MKT to design the responsive plan to obtain new customers
Run the frequent reports to monitor the sales pipeline, sales tracking for prompt actions.
Maintain the CRM system to monitor the sales performance and activities of each sales member
Account Managers
Partner with key accounts to understand their business expectations, their changing needs for more added- value solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs
Co- design new or customized solutions for key accounts.
Innovation & R&D
Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team members to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
