Business Development Manager (Plastic)

• Responsible for collections.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across nation- wide to expand current share
• Drive customer solution activities such as opportunity management, product demonstration, joint sales calls and sample management.
• Analyze impact of market trends and factors on customers.
• Meet or exceed sales growth, profitability, pipeline and other business goals.
• Provide leadership and direction to the respective market unit through aligned objectives.
• Establish and maintain customer intelligence, proactively keep abreast of customer’s organization updates and changes to develop solid multi- layer relationships with the customer.
• Oversee progress of cross- functional implementation team (post- sale).
• Any other required assignments to meet the Team objective.
• Business development and expansion by acquisition new accounts.
• Lead and coach in a matrix management environment, e.g., lead a team through persuasion and personal influence that will deliver innovative solutions, high quality, that meet customer needs
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 5 years’ sales working experience in foreign trade companies.
• Able to work independently and team work in a multi tasks.
• Bachelor degree with major in Chemical Science or any related field.
• Good command of English.
• Good communication, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent using of Microsoft office.
• Understand of Sales process within Plastic industry.
• Male/Female; Age 30 and over.
• Hard working, accurate, strong sense of responsibility, like to hunt for new business.
