About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results- driven Business Development Manager (Mobile App) for our Mobile Advertising Platform. In this role, you will lead our sales team and support the achievement of revenue and growth targets. You will develop strategic plans, coach team members, monitor performance, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long- term success.
Business Development Manager (Mobile App) Responsibilities and Duties

Participate in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and business development activities
Prepare regular reports and present sales results to senior management
Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and processes to connect with new clients for collaboration
Analyze sales data to optimize the ad performance, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Monitor team performance using KPIs, OKRs...
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
Receive and handle other requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by the Company
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales representatives

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English; particularly strong writing skills (IELTS >5.0 or TOEIC >600 is advantageous)
2+ years of experience in Mobile App sales, including 1 year in a leadership or managerial role
Perseverance, diligence, and eagerness
Knowledge in ad monetization and optimization from Mobile Apps through multiple platforms (AdMob, GAM Unity, Applovin…)
Proficient in basic office computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
