Business Development Manager (Japanese Fluency)

AWING receives substantial investment from NTT e- Asia, which will become its strategic business partner to facilitate AWING&039;s expansion in the ASEAN region. With this partnership, AWING will gain access from, technology support, and market development initiatives from NTT e- Asia, ensuring it has the necessary resources and expertise to thrive in the competitive ASEAN market.
We are the only company globally offering an mLBM platform designed for free Wi- Fi users, delivering personalized ads through a win- win partnership with Wi- Fi owners. Our advertising revenue are shared with partners, funding Wi- Fi infrastructure upgrades and improving the user experience.
SCOPE OF WORK
Start as the key bridge between AWING’s global team and the Japanese market, ensuring smooth coordination, alignment, and knowledge transfer.
Over time, you will grow into a market leader, taking ownership of AWING’s business initiatives in Japan and shaping our expansion strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Support project planning, execution, and localization of solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration between AWING teams in Vietnam, Japan, and partners.
• Take progressive ownership of business development as the role evolves.
• Bridge cultural and operational gaps for seamless cross- border operations.

• Japanese Fluent (N1 level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or similar.
• 3+ years in Business Development, Project Management, or international coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross- cultural skills.
