Manage the pipeline, bidding process, and project coordination from opportunity to implementation.
Collaborate with technology partners such as RedHat, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud to design and deliver enterprise solutions (Openshift, DevSecOps, Cloud).
Contribute to company&039;s long- term business strategy in the financial services sector.
Drive contract negotiation, pricing, and revenue/profitability calculations.
Lead business development activities targeting the banking sector, especially private banks, while maintaining and expanding existing relationships with state- owned banks.
Research industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with C- levels and decision- makers in the banking industry to drive business growth.
Analyze customer needs, develop proposals, and lead solution presentations and demonstrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
8–10+ years of experience in IT solution sales/business development, with proven track record in the banking sector (private banks preferred).
Strong network and established relationships with decision- makers in private banks.
Hands- on experience working with major technology vendors (RedHat, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) in delivering enterprise solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strategic mindset, capable of driving long- term partnerships and revenue growth.
Good English communication is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Working hours: Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays off as regulated.
