ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is suited for someone with a strong hospitality foundation, who enjoys client interaction, is commercially minded, and seeks greater exposure to strategic business growth opportunities. Performance is measurable, learning is hands- on, and consistent results create pathways to broader business development and leadership roles within RH1.
Business Development Manager will work with a wide range of hospitality stakeholders, engaging senior decision- makers in meaningful commercial conversations to introduce RH1’s entertainment solutions. Beyond outbound Business Development, this position contributes to solution positioning and go- to- market refinement, working closely across internal teams to ensure RH1’s offerings, catalogues, and sales materials remain aligned with market needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Provide regular updates on activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Proactively drive strategic business growth through a focused outbound approach, building relationships with key hospitality stakeholders across Vietnam via professional networking, digital channels, and targeted business development initiatives to generate qualified opportunities for RH1’s entertainment solutions.
Manage early- stage negotiations, persuasion, drafting, and coordination of service agreements, supporting contract closure in alignment with internal approval processes.
Closely across departments (operations, design, marketing, and leadership) to regularly update sales materials, catalogues, pitch decks, and solution information, ensuring alignment with market needs and RH1’s evolving offerings.
Attend Hospitality, Tourism, and Real Estate fairs or industry events to support lead generation, relationship building, and market intelligence gathering.
Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM records, tracking outreach activities, leads, follow- ups, meetings, and pipeline stages.
Identify, research, and engage key decision- makers (General Managers, Operations Directors, Commercial Heads, Asset Owners) and progress conversations toward follow- up meetings and commercial discussions.
Capture and share market intelligence from client interactions, events, and outreach to inform sales strategy, solution refinement, and go- to- market improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of progressive client- facing or B2B sales experience within Hospitality, Leisure, Entertainment, Real estate or service- driven industries.
Experience interacting with mid- to senior- level stakeholders in a commercial or operational context.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations Managementor a related field.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional telephone presence when engaging business and operational decision- makers.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales tracking tools.

Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into commercially viable business opportunities.
Professional working proficiency in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written business contexts.
