Job Description:
We are looking for a results- driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our ERP product and IT outsourcing services across key markets, including APAC, North America, Australia, and Canada. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands- on execution and has a strong background in B2B tech sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities across APAC, North America, Australia, and Canada.
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine go- to- market approaches.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in ERP and IT outsourcing services.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in ERP, SaaS, digital transformation or IT services.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of developing new business and closing deals in international markets.
Experience working with cross- functional and cross- cultural teams.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
Existing client network in the ERP or IT services domain.
Understanding of software development or digital transformation processes.
Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
