GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:- The Business Development Lead is the internal driving force connecting market/customer needs with ScanCom capabilities to deliver growth, especially for the APAC region. The role leads opportunity discovery, shapes customer proposals with cross- functional teams, and steers opportunities from brief to commercial launch—balancing speed, quality and margin while representing the customer voice inside the company.- It offers exposure to a multicultural environment, international business trips, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES: * Main responsibility:- Prepare and participate in external customer meetings (VN and overseas) and internal cross- functional meetings to progress opportunities and support business development.- Co- build business strategies that align customer expectations and company objectives, translate strategies into clear quarterly priorities and timelines.- Lead small–medium customer accounts under the guidance of senior commercial leadership.- Work with commercial leadership to identify new business areas and grow existing customers in line with the strategic plan.- Analyze sales, assortment and market trends to anticipate product needs, price positioning and promotional opportunities.- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and internal readouts that drive decisions.- Collaborate with Product Implementation, Technical or other functional teams, to develop and validate product concepts, specifications and timelines.- Collaborate with Product Implementation and Sales Operations to build customer collections and quotations (costing, terms, assumptions…)- Convert business scenarios into clear actions and connect the right functions to deliver with speed and accuracy.- Build strong customer relationships with a focus on service quality and satisfaction- Plan and prioritize activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve forecast, budget and business aims, manage personal productivity and timelines- Monitor orders vs budget/shipping plan and trigger actions on shifts or risks- Coordinate daily tasks across internal teams and assist with schedule management- Track project progress, surface risks early, and remove blockers; escalate timely when decisions or resources are neededC.
