Position: Business Development Executive – Software Outsourcing Services

Working Hour: 9:00 AM – :00 PM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, specializing in Software Outsourcing Services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence both in Vietnam and internationally.
You will be provided with a pre- qualified client database, offering a strong foundation to accelerate your sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with clients; act as a strategic advisor.
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Propose tailored software solutions, prepare commercial proposals, and successfully close deals.
Prepare and manage bidding documents, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance documents.
Manage existing client accounts and leverage these relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the Software Outsourcing sector.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Delivery) to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure, especially with overseas clients.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a solution- oriented mindset.
Familiarity with key industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Security, and Finance is a strong plus.
Possessing an existing customer network in the target market is a significant advantage.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development within the Software Outsourcing industry.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in large local or multinational IT companies, especially in B2B environments with direct exposure to international clients.
Skilled in preparing bidding documents, quotations, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance reports.
