Mô tả công việc

Objective:
To drive growth and development in our TECHBANK SOFTWARE- IT outsourcing services by seeking new business opportunities, fostering and developing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high- quality IT solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:

Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and build professional relationships. Sourcing client by sending email marketing ...
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT outsourcing sector by targeting potential B2B clients and industries.
Track sales targets and report progress to senior management regularly.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and to position our company effectively.
Handle contractual agreements and negotiations, ensuring that they align with company policies and client expectations.
Work closely with the Talent Accquisition Team to ensure that client requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders that clearly communicate the benefits of our IT outsourcing services.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client issues promptly and maintaining positive ongoing relationships for future business.
Engage with clients to understand their IT needs and offer tailored outsourcing solutions that add value to their business.
Monitor the outsourcing market for changes in demand, client feedback, and competitor activity, adjusting the strategy as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficiency communicate in English
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C- level.
The ideal candidate for this position should be highly enthusiastic and eager to drive business growth in the IT outsourcing sector
Logical thinking
Strong client relationships, especially with various business segments and categories, including access to key decision- makers.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive and achieve sales targets.
Proven experience in sales B2B, business development, or a similar role
Strong understand about IT Outsourcing
