is now looking for Business Controlling Assistant Manager/ Manager
,
directly report to CFO and lead a team of 4 subordinates. This position is the main core job of Lead Controlling department with the below job responsibilities:
Production & Investment Control:
Prepare and manage Local and Regional/Global reporting package for Production report (monthly, quarterly, annually) to ensure the reports are submitted with high accuracy and compliance with VAS, IFRS in timely manner.
Advise Production Team on process & record of production cost to comply with guidelines of Global/ Regional
Calculate, analyze profitability of production options to consult and propose to Management.
Review investment proposals for approval and make annual investment assessment
Monitor budget spending, provide assessment of cost deviations, support to define saving measures and evaluate change control effectiveness.
Budgeting, Planning, Analysis and Reporting:
Manage budget, forecast P&L consolidation including:
Prepare budgeting, production cost development plan following Global planning cycle.
Conduct monthly Divisional result analysis & controlling (price effect, profitability, contribution margin, Sales & Marketing expenses...).
Prepare budgeting and manage expense development of central functions.
Complete periodical reports as per requirements of Local/Regional/Global."
Closing book activities:
Run cycles after reviewing all expenses, identify P&L gap between accounting systems if any and propose solutions.
Transfer and release P&L on global finance system
General Controlling:
Act as contact point to receive and verify Transfer Price for selling prices and purchasing prices.
Manage cost impact of new selling prices and purchasing prices for all types of goods.
Lead team to run actual costing following global timeline.
Manage the verification and ensure sales incentive, production incentive being paid following schemes.
Ensure controlling procedures and processes are implemented properly across functionsAct as Subject
Matter Expert of Controlling Module
Team Management and Other tasks:
Lead, manage and develop a Controlling team
Consolidate, provide and clarify financial data, documents to Audit (Hard closed, EOY, Notes for FS)
Complete all reports for IT audits (SOD Conflict, Pending Items)
Join Project team for commercial parts
Other ad- hoc requirement
