Analyze production planning efficiency based on workers’ skills and performance.
Work with ERP systems and MS365, ensuring data accuracy to support operations.
Monitor and evaluate individual performance of all direct workers.
Perform data analysis and performance reporting to support factory productivity improvement.
Build and manage Digital Skill IDs for direct workers.
Coordinate the development and management of training and skill development pathways for direct workers.
Integrate and connect data across departments (planning, production, HR, etc.) to support decision- making.

Male /Femal, under 35 years old;
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment;
Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
Mandatory experience as a Business Analyst (BA);
Experience working with and using ERP systems;
Good at English
