Job Description:
The Business Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the BA team in identifying, analyzing, and transforming business needs from the HR Division and internal departments into specific product requirements for the Employee Portal system. This role helps connect business, users, and technology, ensuring all developed solutions deliver operational effectiveness, optimal user experience, and sustainable business value for the entire bank.
Serve as the strategic bridge between HR, IT, and operational units during the HR digital transformation process.
Train and develop BA team capabilities, building professional standards and internal guidance documentation.
Participate in UAT testing, confirming solution accuracy against original requirements.
Change Management: ensure business changes are controlled, impact- assessed, and effectively communicated.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Tech teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly, flexibly, and consistently with system architecture.
Lead and coordinate the BA team in gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements from HR business units, operations, IT, and related departments.
Define standard business analyst methodology (e.g., BABOK) for the Employee Portal project and related internal products.
Transform business requirements into detailed documentation: BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), user stories, use cases, wireframes, and BPMN process diagrams.
Work directly with the Product Owner to build product backlog, define scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze business workflows, HR and administrative processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
Ensure requirement quality assurance before handover to development team, avoiding discrepancies between business needs and implementation.
Job Requirements:
Professional Expertise:
Deep experience in HR Tech, HRP, or internal banking systems is a significant advantage.
Deep understanding of HR processes (HR lifecycle): recruitment, onboarding, attendance, compensation & benefits, KPI, training, internal communication, and performance management.
Professional certification: preferred CBAP, PMI- PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in team lead or leadership experience.
Implementation & Agile Experience:
Ability to manage and analyze complex requirements from multiple senior stakeholders, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, clear understanding of BA role in product development lifecycle (SDLC).
Professional documentation and presentation skills, ability to tell stories through data and processes.
Proficient in modern BA tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Figma, Visio.
